All orders ship on Saturdays, except preorders.
✨ Tracking info
To keep prices low, orders with free shipping are NOT provided a tracking number. Want tracking? You can add it at checkout for approximately $4.50 (that goes to the postal service – we do not keep any of it!).
✨ Incorrect or unknown address
Buyers are responsible for double-checking that their name and address are correct. We are not responsible if a package cannot be delivered due to a wrong address or “addressee unknown” (which means the name on the order is not associated with the address, even if the street is correct).
In this case, you can either have us resend the package (additional shipping fees apply) or receive a refund minus the original shipping costs.
✨ Customs and import taxes
Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. We are not responsible for delays due to customs.
✨ International Shipping
USPS First-Class Mail does not provide a tracking number. If you would like a tracking number, please select USPS First Class International Package Service option at check out. Please note that 100% of this money goes to the post office, not us!

✨ We do not accept cancellations, returns or exchanges
All sales are final. To keep the cost low, we do not accept cancellations, returns or exchanges. We personally check every order that goes out to make sure that it will put a smile on your face when you get it. Please contact us if you have any problems with your order.
Unfortunately we can not refund money on a purchase that is lost, damaged, etc. in transit to the buyer. The buyer retains full responsibility for an order once it is shipped.
